Setup requirements

Here is some helpful information about connecting your social media accounts to our app! We're here to help you get set up quickly and easily.To successfully connect your Facebook and Instagram accounts, you'll need to meet two simple requirements:

What You'll Need:

• A Facebook Page (not just a personal profile)
• An Instagram Business Account (converted from personal if needed)

Don't worry if you don't have these set up yet - we'll walk you through the process step by step.

Setting Up Your Facebook Page

If you don't already have a Facebook Page:

1. Go to facebook.com/pages/create
2. Choose your page type (Business, Community, etc.)
3. Add your page name and category
4. Upload a profile picture and cover photo
5. Fill out your basic information
6. Click "Create Page"

Already have a Facebook Page? You're all set for this step!

Converting Your Instagram to a Business Account

If your Instagram is currently a personal account, here's how to convert it:

To set up a business account:

1. Tap Profile or your profile picture in the bottom right to go to your profile.
2. Tap Edit profile.
3. Tap Switch to professional account.
4. Tap Next.
5. Select a category for your business and tap Switch to professional account.
6. Select Business and tap Next.
7. Add contact details and tap Next. To skip this step, tap Don’t use my contact info.

Note: You can switch back to a personal account anytime if needed, but you'll need to use the business account to connect with our app.

Connecting to Our App

Once you have both accounts set up:

1. Log into our app and go to Settings
2. Click "Connect Facebook" and authorize the connection
3. Click "Connect Instagram" and select your business account
4. You're all set!
